SCOTUS Gun Watch - Week of 2/5/24
The Court has announced it will next issue decisions this Thursday, February 8 — the same day that the blockbuster Section 3 case dealing with former President Donald Trump's potential ballot disqualification will be argued. In theory, it's possible that a decision in Rahimi is issued any day now especially if the decision turns out to be a narrow one. That said, I personally expect that a decision won't come until May or June.
Vullo is now set for oral argument on Monday, March 18.
