DOGS
AN ACT Prohibiting the Carrying of Gun While Training Dog or Dogs.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives' of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION I. That from and after the passage of this Act, it shall be unlawful for any person to carry a gun while training dog or dogs in closed game season.

SECTION II. Any person or persons violating this Act, shall be punishable with a fine of not less than Fifity Dollars ($50.00), nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each offense together with costs of prosecution, unless an appeal be taken, shall be committed to the County jail in the County in which such offense was com- mitted for thirty days, unless said fine and costs be sooner paid."
