"Sec. 683. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to engage in sporting, rioting, quarreling, shooting or other disturbances within the city on Sunday; Provided, that this section shall not be construed as referring to baseball games in inclosed grounds, or in unoccupied parts of the city, by permission of the owner of the grounds."
