SCOTUS Gun Watch – Week of 7/26/21
In Bruen, the opening and amicus briefs supporting the petitioners and in support of neither side have now been filed. We will have some analysis of those opening briefs on the blog in the next few weeks. In the meantime, the petition landscape looks to be holding steady, but I suspect that over the summer we may see some new Second Amendment challenges bubbling up to the Court.
